The following General Terms and Conditions shall apply exclusively to the business relationship between Pool Cleaners Online and its website (hereinafter: "Pool Cleaners Online") as well as our users in the version applicable on the date of use. Pool Cleaners Online does not recognise any terms and conditions set by the user that differ from these unless Pool Cleaners Online has agreed to their validity in writing.

Delivery

If you order an item that is out of stock, we will notify you within 72 hours by email or phone.

If for any reason we are unable to ship within 14 working days we will notify you by email or phone within that time.

Delivery is free for all orders unless stated otherwise. Some remote areas may attract a shipping charge and if so the purchaser will be notified. We ship all goods with Australia Post eParcel and delivery is 2-3 working days for major capital cities and in Perth 4-5 business days. It may take up to 10 days for more remote areas. Delivery time is calculated from the time the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. We only ship within Australia.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney and delivered by Australia Post during normal business hours. A signature will be required on delivery and if you are not home to receive your parcel, a delivery card will be left in your letterbox informing you of how to collect your parcel during normal business hours. Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. However, should you not respond to their respective calling cards and the parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, further freight charges will be payable for re-delivery. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable. With this in mind, it's best to supply a work delivery address whenever possible.
Please note that the above schedule is a guide only set out by our delivery service carriers. Rural and remote addresses, where delivery is not provided every day, may take longer. Pool Cleaners Online cannot guarantee exact delivery times. Occasionally, some delays may occur from our carriers that we have absolutely no control over. In these circumstances, Pool Cleaners Online will not be liable for any delays, expenses or damages incurred.
Customers must ensure that they enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, Pool Cleaners Online is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Refund Policy

You have the right to return items, within 10 days, unused, in its original packaging after obtaining a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You the customer are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee of up to 5% may be charged.

Protection of Data

The protection of your data is very important to us. We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.

We collect information about you for the following reasons:
• to process your order
• to provide you with the best possible service
• to process warranty requests
We may have newsletters in the future and will give you the chance to opt out.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date.  You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us.  If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
